3 Day Project Management Training Course

  Introduction :- To obtain the greatest benefit from this course it is normally obtained by running it over 3 days, with a seperation between the training days (e.g. 3-5 days) and each candidate (or team) having a genuine project to implement for their company. The individual projects will then be established and progress monitored and developed over the period of the course. The candidates, with their gained knowledge, will have built a real project plan to implement for the benefit of their company on completion of the course.
