Introduction :- The course will deliver an introduction to challenging behavior, which explores the reasons why people behave in certain ways, the types of behavior and methods of diffusing and de-escalating aggressive incidences.
Aims :- The aim of this course is to make delegates aware of the need to:promote a non-aversive approach and respectful intervention when people are distressed
